Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us through our forms and what your options are if you change your mind.

Last updated: May 2026

LA DISPO is a Kansas City-based real estate disposition network operated by LA DISPO LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use our site, how we use it, and how to reach us if you want it changed or removed. We've tried to keep it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email layne@ladispo.com and we'll explain.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly through one of our forms or by emailing us. Specifically:

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone, and message.
  • Buyer signup: your name, email, phone, company (optional), buyer strategy, target areas, price range, deal frequency goal, close timeline, and any notes you add.
  • Wholesaler deal submission: property details (address, photos, ARV, repair estimate, asking price), your name, and contact info.

We also collect basic technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through standard web analytics tools. This helps us understand which pages are working and which aren't.

How we use it

The contact info you give us goes into our internal CRM (Monday.com) and is used to:

  • Match you with deals or buyers that fit your criteria.
  • Communicate with you about specific properties, offers, or closings.
  • Send occasional updates about new inventory or program changes, never more than a couple times a month.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with marketing partners.

When we share it

We only share your information in these specific situations:

  • With deal counterparties. When a deal is moving forward, we may share your name and contact info with the wholesaler, buyer, or title company involved in that specific transaction. Only what's needed to close the deal.
  • With our service providers. We use third-party tools to run the business: Monday.com (CRM), Netlify (web hosting), email service providers. They process information on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
  • When legally required. If we receive a valid subpoena, court order, or comparable legal request, we'll comply.

How long we keep it

We keep your information in our CRM as long as you're actively engaged with us, plus a reasonable period after for tax and business records. If you tell us you want it deleted, we'll remove it within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain something (closed-deal records, for example).

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for basic site functionality and may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages get traffic and where people drop off. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Your choices

At any time, you can:

  • Ask what we have on you. Email us and we'll send you a copy of what's in our records.
  • Ask us to update or correct it. Same, just email.
  • Ask us to delete it. We'll remove your records within 30 days unless we're legally required to keep something specific.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Children

Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone in that age range. If you believe we have collected such information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and adjust the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also send a heads-up to anyone we have an active email relationship with.
