Layne Anderson
I'm Layne Anderson, born and raised in Paola, Kansas. I got into real estate through a friend who went out of his way to plug me into his network. My career wouldn't exist without that, and it's shaped how I treat every wholesaler and buyer we work with. I've done one flip but I stick to wholesale. My first deal was a virtual disposition: I was in Iowa, my boss was in Missouri, and the property was in Washington state. That taught me early that the right network runs this business from anywhere. Day-to-day at LA DISPO I handle executive oversight, systems and processes, and buyer relationships, and jump into acquisitions or any other department when the operation needs it.
Henry Day
I'm Henry Day, co-founder of LA DISPO. I grew up in Leawood, Kansas, surrounded by real estate investors. This business is in my blood. I got into wholesaling around the same time as Layne. Outside LA DISPO I buy homes to live in and add value to, and I'm always hunting for investment opportunities outside of real estate too. My first deal was with a seller I still talk to today. That's the 4032 Ruby Ave case study on this site. Day-to-day I run acquisitions: every walkthrough, rehab estimate, and direct-to-seller negotiation comes through me. On executive calls, Layne and I decide together, 50/50.
