LA DISPO is a real estate marketing and disposition company. We market off-market properties and contracts to a private network of investors and buyers. We are not a real estate brokerage, we hold no real estate license, and we do not act as an agent for any buyer or seller. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
Deal details on this site, including prices, specs, photos, estimated values and repair figures, come from sellers, partners, public records and our own estimates. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee them. Every buyer is responsible for their own due diligence: walk the property, verify the numbers, check title and get any inspection, appraisal or professional advice you need before you commit.
An estimated value or repair figure is our opinion, not an appraisal.
Deals move fast and can sell, change or come off the site at any time without notice. A deal on this site is an advertisement, not a promise to sell at that price. Sending an offer or saying yes by text or phone does not lock in a deal. Only a signed contract does.
When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. If you submit a property, you confirm you own it, hold a contract on it, or have permission to bring it to us. We handle what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not copy deal information for resale, scrape the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. The LA DISPO name, logo and site content belong to LA DISPO LLC.
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, LA DISPO LLC is not liable for losses that come from relying on site content, from a deal that changes or falls through, or from the site being unavailable.
Some links go to sites we do not control, like Google Maps or photo albums. We are not responsible for their content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
